Valentine's Means I LOVE YOU!!!

Valentine's was so special this year because it Brianna's first one!  We took little cookies and Valentine's cards to her friends at daycare.  She had classic Mickey and Minnie!  And she got sweet little cards from her friends...  it was just precious!  For our celebration, we took Brianna to McDonald's for the first time!  She tried chicken nuggets and french fries, which she looooved!  And had a little sip of orange soda.  Then we went to Baskin-Robbins, and I shared my ice cream with my sweet girl.  And next we went to the park!  Brianna loves to swing and giggles the whole time she is swinging.  She also went down the slides, with us of course!  The weather was absolutely perfect.  Oh, and Bri got me strawberry Peeps and a card... she got PJs, lollipops, a cherry tee, and a fairy box with a Princess card from me and Stephen.  And I made cupcakes for Stephen, which Brianna got her first taste of a cupcake.  I gave her half of one, and at first, she just played with it.  So I put a little frosting on my finger and fed it to her.  Her eyes got big and her hands instantly went to her mouth!  She started putting cake in with both hands!  It was soooo funny!  Then she licked her highchair tray and tried to eat the cake off of her bib!  It was the cutest thing ever!  Best part, we got it on camera. 

Of course Brianna had to have some stylish Valentine's gear... For our trip out and about on Sunday, she wore a pink heart polo from Old Navy with a blue jean skirt and heart Baby Legs.  On Monday (Valentine's Day), she wore a pink Be Mine shirt featuring Bam Bam and Pebbles with a pink skirt and pink leggings.  And she had a Pebbles pony tail!  She was super adorable! 

This was by far one of my most favorite and memorable Valentine's Day.  Can't wait for next year!

Flashback

I have some posts to catch up on.. so just be patient with me... I'm getting there!  ;)  We are about to enter our spring busy season at work, but I don't think it will be nearly as horrible as what I was used to at my old job.  With that being said, I think I will be posting a lot more!  Anyways, I need ideas, people... Bri's birthday is coming up... what should I do?  There are just too many choices!  I need to pick something soon. 

10 Months Old!

Brianna you are 10 months old today!  I can't believe you are two months away from your first birthday!  Mommy has a lot of planning to do! 

So as a 10 month old, you love to get into anything you are not supposed to get into!  You want to eat paper but Mommy won't let you have it.  Oh and if you could just chew on the cat's tail, you would be totally delighted!  You are everywhere, crawling all over the floor, and standing by pulling up on things.  You have so much fun playing games with Mommy and Daddy.  We will do anything to get you to laugh!  Right now you are eating all types of food.  Sometimes you love to eat your foods and will try nearly anything but sometimes you are just not in the mood and you only want your bottle.  And you love to eat anything fruity or sweet.  Also, you have graduated to the 'big tub'.  We put your  baby spa tub in our bathroom tub and let you have a bubble bath with a whirlpool.  You love it!  At night, we read you bedtime stories... it's one of my favorite times with you.  I especially love the Dr. Seuss books.  They still make me smile. :)  

Now, time to plan that party...
